Thrush Mouth, Oral Yeast Infection and Oral Candida

Oral thrush, oral thrush, oral yeast infections and candida mouth are all names for the same medical condition - yeast infections in the mucous membrane and candida albicans that grow out of control are the main causes of this fungal infection.

We all carry around yeast organisms. The problem starts when the body's chemistry becomes unbalanced. The people most at risk for this type of infection are:

  • diabetics and others with metabolic disorders.

  • People with AIDS / HIV.

  • newborn baby.

  • unhealthy person.

  • people who have oral relationships with a suffering partner
    thrush.

  • women whose hormones are disturbed due to pregnancy or
    birth control pills.

  • women undergoing fertility treatment.

  • asthma and COPD sufferers using steroids inhalers

  • children that match any of the above.

  • people who take a lot of milk.

Diabetics, unhealthy people, women with birth control pills, pregnant women, women undergoing fertility treatments and people with AIDS / HIV either have immune system problems or hormone imbalances that can make them vulnerable to the mouth.

Newborns are constantly going through hormonal and physiological changes so they are at risk for a thrush mouth and just about everything you can think of.

Asthma sufferers and COPD can reduce the risk of getting a thrush mouth by rinsing them with water after taking their medicine. Reducing the amount of sugar and yeast in your diet can help all patients. Changing your diet, eating yogurt and taking oral medication are other treatment options.

Your body cannot process enough milk to prevent you from knocking out the natural flora of your body. The simplicity of everything is good but the excess in something is usually unhealthy.
