My personal preference for aerobic exercise is forty minutes a day on a motorized treadmill. I bought a treadmill and installed it in my garage along with the music and TV system, just to get my mind off the process.

The home treadmill works for me because I don't have to go to the gym, make arrangements for childcare and never rain in my garage. Not yet!

Comfort is my protection against the excuse of not doing so. With my nutrition program purchased from 'Clean and regular exercise on my treadmill I have lost muffin tops and reduced my belly fat significantly and in a relatively short time.
