Fish oil pills are probably the best long-term weight loss supplement you may take. I recommend at least 6 grams a day for weight loss.

  5. Take extra virgin coconut oil. It's also healthy fat. But they work faster for weight loss. Research does not really show why extra virgin coconut oil can help women lose more than 5 pounds in 10-15 days, but it may be linked to these fats that turn energy away from being stored as bodyfat. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day. Just be careful when you take this because if you take it at the wrong time, you may lose weight.

  6. Eat 3 apples a day as a snack or eat before eating. Apples are high in water content, high in fiber, and low in calories.

  7. Eat breakfast. Here's an easy fact to find out ... 80% of obese people don't eat breakfast while 80% of lean people actually eat breakfast. It is the most important food to eat. I recommend eating 3-4 crushed eggs or a bowl of rolled oats (not instant oats).
