If you're like me, then you definitely want to be quick to shape yourself ... but at the same time make sure you do it 100% naturally. Seems impossible? Well, it's actually possible to get a very fast weight loss but also maintain your weight regularly! See how I do it below!

Okay my friend, first thing first. If you want to dilute pounds and inches as quickly as possible, the first piece of advice I want to give you is to keep using natural methods. Indirectly losing weight with things like fad diets (low carb, low fat, low calories, etc.) and diet pills will only cause you more problems than you had before you started your diet! Usually, a major drawback to an unnatural diet is a reduction in your metabolism ... which then leads to a decrease in yo-yo weight and your body will start maintaining what calories you eat ... AS FAT!

Well, now that you know what to avoid, let's talk about what works well for weight loss ... permanently:

1.) High Intensity Training - Instead of spending what seems like forever doing low cardio routine, switching to higher intensity exercises such as circuit training, increasing treadmill fitness, playing sports (basketball, tennis, etc.), and running. I noticed a HUGE difference in the first few days when I made the switch!

This type of exercise works well for weight loss and fast fat because it will boost your metabolism EVERY workout and it will keep your metabolism running smoothly AFTER your workouts are done!

2.) High Metabolism - Slow metabolism will actually focus on your fat! Therefore, to improve your metabolism, the first thing you need to do is make sure you do it naturally. Second, I strongly recommend that you increase your metabolism with proper nutrition (such as calorie shifts), drink green tea daily, drink plenty of water daily (I recommend at least 1/2 your weight in ounces), gain a lot of fiber, and eat more often (4-5 small healthy foods for example).

My friends, when I got a diet that metastasized my metabolism without doing anything but changing my eating pattern using NORMAL FOOD and eating ALL kinds of nutrients without severe restrictions, I ended up losing 50 pounds of stubborn body fat in 8 weeks ... forever!
