Anti-Cancer Wonder Fruit - Bananas

I love watching tennis games on TV, especially big series. Running under the hot sun for hours at high speeds requires a lot of energy and stamina. Therefore, during breaks, players fill their bodies with fluid and sometimes bananas.

Why bananas and not other fruits? There are many reasons. Bananas are easy to peel and eat and provide quick energy. Depending on the type and size of bananas, they typically contain 110 calories, 3 natural sugars (glucose, fructose and sucrose), about 6 vitamins, and 11 minerals. It is a good source of potassium and fiber and lacks fat and cholesterol.

I love eating bananas and there are many ways to prepare and use them. Bananas can be made into cakes, breads, pies, sauces, tomato sauce, puddings, chips, yogurt, and beer, among others. You can freeze it, boil it, cook it, squeeze it into the juice, break it and serve with ice cream, cut and place in sandwich, or cut and mix in a salad bowl. For me, eating it myself with 90% maturity is a great treat.
