How To Lose Inches Off Your Waist - The Benefits of Water, Lemon Juice and Cayenne Pepper

Want a great tip on how to lose an inch from your waist and add more to your morning? Drink a glass of water with lemon juice and chili pepper when awake and experience a healthy Eye Opener!

I started drinking this ingredient last year and later found many benefits. When waking up in the morning, fill a glass with 12 to 16 oz of filtered water, add half a lemon juice and enough cayenne to taste hot (1/4 -1/2 teaspoon).

Some of the many benefits of this beverage, broken down into each ingredient, are as follows:

Water. Hydration is important for your health. If your urine is dark, you are thirsty, your skin is dry or you have a slight headache, rather than you are dry. Given the fact that your body is about 55 - 60% water, dehydration can cause all kinds of problems. Drinking water in the morning will give you a good start for hydration, streamlines your digestive system, cleanses your heart and kidneys, and helps eliminate toxins.

Lemon juice. According to WebMd, "lemons contain antioxidants called bioflavonoids. Researchers think these bioflavanoids are responsible for health benefits." Lemons help fight body infections, help digestion and constipation, improve hair and skin, and reduce high blood pressure. Lemon juice also strengthens your immune system and cleanses your stomach.

Cayenne Pepper. Cayenne pepper, also known as Capsicum, red pepper or chili pepper, is a herb. It is used for flavoring and medicinal purposes. Cayenne pepper is high in Vitamin A and also contains vitamin B6, vitamin E, vitamin C, riboflavin, potassium and manganese. It is used to help treat high blood pressure, improve metabolism, cleanse the body's arteries, reduce the presence of bad LDL cholesterol and have a major impact on your blood circulatory system.

One article is titled Cayenne by the University of Maryland Medical Center, says "... studies show that taking capsaicin orally can increase body heat production for a short time. It can also help regulate blood sugar levels by affecting carbohydrate breakdown."

Motivation Factors. Drinking water, pepper and lemon juice every morning also boosted my motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle. By starting a day with a positive diet, I find it easier to make the right decisions throughout the day, cooking on carrots than cookies, for example.

You may have heard of Maple Cayenne Lemon Water Drinks, Master Cleanse, Syrup Syrup Diet, and others created by Stanley Burroughs in the 40s. I do not promote and endorse this detox program. I definitely would not recommend this as your only nutritional source to meet your daily needs. For a temporary detox, it might be great, but then again, I haven't tried it, so I have no comment.

In conclusion, I have experienced the incredible benefits of drinking water, lemon juice and chili peppers every morning. I believe it helps you lose your hip, improves your physical fitness and encourages you to lead a healthier lifestyle.
