Easy test to measure your belly fat ratio

Everyone needs to know their waist-to-waist ratio here is an easy way to figure it out.

1. While standing, measure around your waist in inches on your navel without holding or pushing out your stomach.

2. Then measure your hips at the widest point.

3. Finally, divide your waist measurement with your hip measurement.

That will be your waist for hip ratio.

The ideal is for your waist to be smaller than your hips. For men it should be .9 or less and women should be .8 or less. 1.0 or higher is considered risky for either sex.

Once you've taken your measurements and found your waist-to-waist ratio the next step is either to congratulate yourself - if you're right or under — or to do something about your "risky" situation. Engage in a good exercise program and / or diet program that will help you eliminate excess belly fat and reduce the risk of anxiety and other stomach fat health issues.

Getting a gym at home is the easiest way to get rid of belly fat combined with proper nutrition. I have personally lost most of my belly fat in the last month and have even gained confidence in the way I look and of course I feel better.
