No Amount Of Exercise Can Ever Make Up For A Poor Diet

As a personal trainer, I am often asked what are the best exercises for getting a good stomach? Or is it the best way to train for a stronger body?

The answer is that no matter what exercise you do or how many times a week you exercise, everything will disappear if you don't pay attention to your diet. If you want to lose weight the only way to lose it is to reduce the intake of fat, salt, oil and sugar and increase the intake of fruits, vegetables and foods that are high in protein but low in fat.

I've seen so many people spend their days in the gym on cardio machines like treadmills, exercise bikes, paddling machines, stairs and more. I also noticed that the majority of people who use this machine do not lose weight. The fact is that you will never lose fat without changing your diet no matter how long or how hard you exercise.

I think it's important for everyone to do some kind of cardio exercise because there are many health benefits available, such as good for the heart and lungs and help in the fight to prevent some illnesses and illnesses but please keep in mind that Cardio training will not burn fat.

Another thing I see is that so many people do sit-ups, crunches, leg exercises and other regular abdominal exercises. But as with cardio exercises, almost no one is able to get a flat stomach.

The reason for this is the same as doing cardio exercises and that doesn't make any changes to their diet. This is because you can't turn fat into muscle or vice versa, so doing a belly workout without changing your diet may make your stomach look bigger as it builds muscle under fat. Even people who are trying to gain weight (or resistance) will not see their body stronger without regard to their diet.

The purpose of weight training or any other form of resistance is to maintain or increase lean body mass (muscle). It won't get rid of fat. Your weight training program may have complemented your hands, feet, stomach, etc., but only changes in your eating habits will make these changes apparent.

Keep in mind that a strong body can only be achieved with a combination of exercise and good diet. It cannot be achieved with exercise alone because fat cannot be converted into muscle.
