Cardio Workout Interval Training Fat Loss Secrets

Stop doing cardio exercises to lose fat and switch to shorter, more effective fat burning interval exercises. This will help you get more fat burning results in less time, and you will not have to do long and tedious cardio exercises.

Research also shows that interval training is better than cardio training for fat loss. But what is interval training?

Interval training is when you work hard and are followed by easy work. Although I prefer stationary bikes for interval training, you can also use a treadmill to do interval training exercises.

It's a good time to practice your interval after your strength training session. That way you only have 3 full days of training a week.

With that said, once you finish your strength training exercises, you will switch to interval training exercises. Start by heating for 5 minutes at a progressive pace and then you will go 45 seconds at a sharp 8.5-9 / 10 intensity, followed by 90 seconds at an easy 3/10 intensity level.

You want to make sure you take it to a good, easy level during your recovery. This will ensure that you can go very hard during difficult times. It counts as one interval and you will repeat 5 times for a total of 6 intervals.

For other interval training exercises, you will start with 5 minutes of warm-up, but instead of 45 seconds, you will do 60 seconds of hard work followed by 90 seconds of recovery. This time your hard interval will not be as difficult as the first interval training I described, but it is still in good enough shape to allow you 60 seconds of hard work.

As a side note, you always want to be able to complete your time interval. If you can't, then you need to bring the intensity down.

When you get to your recovery interval, it should always be at the same level, and always be very easy. So, no matter what interval exercise you will be doing, you will always return to the same level of intensity for your recovery period. Again, you will repeat the training interval up to six times and then cool off.
