Enjoy the colorful, cool cold against the delicate fruits, rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and phytonutrients. FYI is dark red, bright orange and purples are rich in phytochemicals that fight cancer.

Taking anti-cancer drugs may reduce the risk of oral, esophageal, lung and stomach cancer; and high fiber diets can help protect against colorectal cancer

Diets filled with various types of plant foods such as vegetables, fruits, grains and nuts help reduce cancer risk.

Cinnamon

· Has strong antioxidant, antimicrobial, and antipyretic properties (reducing fever).

· Studies have found that cinnamon extract also has anticancer activity.

· Cinnamon extract inhibits the proliferation of blood cancer cells in laboratory experiments and melanoma tumor growth in mice

Wine

· Red and green grapes are rich in resveratrol, a phytochemical that has shown antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

· Research has shown the ability of resveratrol to slow the growth of cancer cells and slow the formation of tumors on skin, liver, intestines, percentage, lungs and breast cells.

Peaches

· Vegetables have potassium and vitamin C.

· Average peach has 58 calories, 2g fiber.

· Bright orange color comes from beta-carotene, which can help reduce inflammation, boost immune function, protect DNA and help regulate cell growth in ways that reduce cancer risk.

Strawberry

· Has fiber, vitamin C and manganese, 40 - 50 calories serving

· Strawberries contain ellagic, phytochemical acids that have shown the ability to inhibit growth and stimulate the destruction of soft mouth, breast, cervix, colon and prostate cancer cells.

· Research suggests that ellagic acid uses several ways to fight cancer at once: it acts as an antioxidant, it helps the body deactivate specific carcinogens and helps slow down cancerous cell copies.
