Wine
· Red and green grapes are rich in resveratrol, a phytochemical that has shown antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
· Research has shown the ability of resveratrol to slow the growth of cancer cells and slow the formation of tumors on skin, liver, intestines, percentage, lungs and breast cells.
Peaches
· Vegetables have potassium and vitamin C.
· Average peach has 58 calories, 2g fiber.
· Bright orange color comes from beta-carotene, which can help reduce inflammation, boost immune function, protect DNA and help regulate cell growth in ways that reduce cancer risk.
Strawberry
· Has fiber, vitamin C and manganese, 40 - 50 calories serving
· Strawberries contain ellagic, phytochemical acids that have shown the ability to inhibit growth and stimulate the destruction of soft mouth, breast, cervix, colon and prostate cancer cells.
