Unexplained Infertility - Are You Too Acidic to Conceive?

Do you experience unexplained infertility? If so, your body's pH may be the reason why you cannot conceive and experience unexplained infertility.

If you remember that pure water school has a pH of 7.0, but did you know that your body can also be measured in terms of pH? Healthy people who never get sick have a pH of more than 7.0. For comparison, a person with cancer may have a pH of around 4.0. Typical people in North America have a pH of about 5-6.

Anything above 7.0 is considered alkaline and anything below 7.0 is considered acidic. The more alkaline you are, the healthier you are. You will find that the problems you have had before include unexplained infertility.

Things That May Decrease Acid In The Body

Meat, chicken, seafood, stress, sugar and certain foods can cause acidity in the body. Highly acidic foods include alcohol, beef, vinegar, cheese and other dairy products, cola, coffee and more.

How Can I Reverse Acidification?

Eat foods that are highly alkaline to increase your body's alkaline. These foods include vegetables such as kale, broccoli, celery, citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange), fruits in general, apple cider vinegar, and more. Deep breathing also helps increase oxygen to the body and its origin. Also, make sure you drink plenty of water and avoid foods that cause as much acidity in your body as possible. Get rid of and replace alcohol, caffeine, meat, chicken and seafood from your diet as much as possible.

How do I check my pH?

It's very easy to check your pH. You should do the first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything (and before you brush your teeth). You need to buy Litmus paper from a health or science store and tear off a piece and a half. Then spit saliva or pee on Litmus paper. The paper should be quickly changed to a certain color.

Check the color on the pH scale that should come with the Litmus paper package and record it in the journal. Keep track of your alkalies for the next month to six months and keep increasing your alkalinity until you are 7 or older.

Increasing your pH will help drastically with unexplained infertility and help you get pregnant quickly.
