Abdominal Exercises

1. Cycling in the air or noisy bikes

This is one of the simplest forms of abdominal exercises that can be easily applied to reduce belly fat. Just lie on the exercise mat and with your palms facing up. Now hold your hands up to grasp your head and lift your feet on the ground and move them as if you were riding a bicycle.

2. Get closer

This abdominal exercise works for both the abdominal muscles and the core muscles that support your back. The starting point for this exercise is to lay flat on the exercise mat with your hands resting near your knees. Now contract your abdominal muscles and slowly lift the middle part of your body with the help of your hands gripping the mats and shoulders in such a way that they form a straight line through your hips and shoulders. Hold this position for about 10 seconds and then return to its normal position. Repeat exercise for at least 10 times during regular exercise. Throughout the exercise you will feel that your core muscles are stretched and contracted throughout the process.

Cardiovascular exercises

While abdominal exercises help us to eliminate abdominal fat near the abdomen, cardio exercises help us maintain overall balance and also help in reducing belly fat. Jogging is a simple cardio exercise that helps to significantly reduce belly fat. It is preferred that jogging should be done early in the morning to get pure oxygen to your respiratory system. Treadmill use is also encouraged but see that you are exercising at an optimum speed so that you get sweaty during the exercise. Practicing swimming is also recommended as it stretches your abdominal muscles to reduce more belly fat.

Many people think that when exercising regularly, they do not need to maintain a balanced and healthy diet, but irony is a healthy diet in the process of reducing belly fat and also keeping our body healthy to exercise.
