The Green Tea Diet - 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge - Does it Work?

I believe I can say for most people that we want to maintain a healthy lifestyle so that we have the ability to grow old. One of the sad things we never do is deal with weight. It's the kind of thing we can turn on like a light switch, and at the opposite end, turn it off. But not the same as our own free will. Weight loss and exercise are something I have always wanted to pursue and continue to do, but what is the right thing for a guy that I can do easily. I've decided to give Green Tea a check for thirty days and see what all the buzz is about. I've heard a lot of good things, and doctors and scientists believe this ingredient has many positive elements that can help me control my appetite, lower my blood pressure, and feel younger.

Just an overview of what I have to deal with. First of all, I'm about 40kg, I don't have the best metabolism but I lead an active lifestyle full of sports. Second, I have inherited hypertension, it is on both my father's and my mother's sides, that is unavoidable! That is the overall awareness I have, the basis for my research. Let's see what the results are.

I put my head first into this diet to achieve one thing, not to lose weight, but to see what happens to my blood pressure without relying on blood pressure medicine. I still eat three square servings a day and use green tea as my snack in between meals. Because believe me, I like snacks between me, and who doesn't? So in early March, I took my last blood pressure pill, and the bomb went off!

After drinking green tea for the first week, I noticed that my blood pressure readings were close to what happened while I was taking blood pills. I was shocked because I didn't think there was anything that could bring it down. I'm also aware of the lack of desire to eat when I drink tea, I don't know where it comes from, but it can be the result of filling the liquid. After a few weeks, my blood pressure stabilized, so I knew he was doing it. And after the last days, there was still no increase in reading, so I was hooked. In thirty days, I also lost seven pounds, very good! It seems to me that urban legend is the truth! A negative green tea, not the tastiest tea, it has the desire for seaweed, but you are used to it.

In addition, from what I understand, green tea contains antioxidants to prevent disease, make our skin smoother, and protect our memory. But by looking at the short-term effects, I can say that I will make green tea as a regular food in my diet. I wouldn't recommend green tea pills because they have caffeine there, don't want to go up in the morning! All in all, my thirty-day test has proven that green tea has a positive positive attitude that cannot be ignored. Let's see what other effects it has for six months from now!
