The Benefits of Exercising Outweigh the Cost

There are many schemes and dreams of losing weight without exercise and this is certainly possible. Exercise programs do not have to lose weight. On average women who are 5 & 5 "5 in weight and 140 lbs will burn about 2,000 calories a day in normal activity. calorie intake days are not easy. Exercising to increase the amount of calories burned daily is easier and better for you.

The benefits of training or in so many forms, why would anyone want to avoid exercising. All the great effects of exercise are too many to mention here, but just a few:

- reduce the risk of developing and / or dying from heart disease or lowering systolic and diastolic blood pressure

- reduce the risk of diabetes or increase the strength of the tendons, ligaments and muscles of course

- Improves functional strength, balance, and ability in older adults

- reduce the risk of colon and breast cancer or reduce depression and anxiety o work, recreation, and improved sports performance

- Improve glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity o Increase your self-esteem and self-confidence

- gives you more energy and helps you sleep better or reduces the risk of premature death

The last one is doozy, right? Who wants to die before their time? Well, according to research, physically healthy people live longer.

But many people tell me that training is not important enough to put effort and time into it. They also say it's not fun. I agree, in part. Exercise is very important but it's really not fun.

I've been training for almost three decades now and I can't say that I've really enjoyed it. It is a benefit that makes it worthwhile. I feel a sense of belonging. I love the reliance and confidence that it gives me. It is a good feeling to know that you are in a great state.

Another way to make training more interesting is to set goals and exercises specific to it. It can be a race in the future that you will run. Some gyms have fitness contests for their membership. You can prepare for it and let it achieve a certain score as your training goal. I used to have friends who would compete with body fat. Anyone in the group reaches the lowest body fat by a certain date, winning the pot. Which brings you another helpful strategy: Get a workout buddy, if your partner or partner is better. Many fitness clubs have groups that tend to work out together. Getting into a group like this can be very helpful to keep you in the program. It's one thing to let yourself fall, but it's another thing to stand up to your training partner or worse the whole group.

So if your goal is to lose weight without exercising, I encourage you to reconsider. If you are serious about losing weight then you really need to be serious about physical fitness. Your body should.
