The 10 Best Fat Burning Eating Tips

If you want to get more out of your diet by burning fat while feeding your muscles, here are 10 diet tips to burn more fat. While these tips focus on healthy eating habits, keep in mind that proper exercise is also an important factor in fat burning.

1. Eat regular meals - You need to feed every 2 to 3 hours with small, nutritious foods. This will keep your blood sugar stable and allow your body to burn more fat reserves. Small foods can include free yoghurt, meat and vegetable soups, sandwiches, protein shakes, fruits and vegetables, nuts or other foods that are free of white flour or sugar.

2. Eat more protein with less carbohydrates -This type of diet proves to be the most effective way to burn fat. Low-carbohydrate and protein-rich foods tend to burn a higher percentage of fat.

3. Eliminate sugary sugars - High blood sugar prevents your body from burning excess fat. Eliminating sweet treats will help you burn fat. If you are a "sugar-holic" then give yourself a free day where you eat whatever you want. Provide your sweet treat on your free day and avoid those who take care of the other six days a week.

4. Remove bread, pasta and white rice - Bread and pasta are usually made from white flour products that are well known for their blood sugar levels which causes excess insulin secretion. This all but eliminates your body's ability to burn excess fat with the presence of too much insulin. Rice Brown and good wheat pasta are fine but keep this food at least when trying to burn fat.

5. Remove the white potatoes - Unfortunately potatoes tend to spike blood sugar which should be avoided during the diet to burn fat. On the contrary, this may sound like, sweet potatoes are OK in moderation because sweet potatoes raise blood sugar slowly compared to white potatoes. Sweet potatoes are very nutritious and are considered super foods.

6. Drink sugary drinks - This should be a "no-brainer" because regular soft drinks are full of sugar and calories. Think of sweet sugar soda as liquid sugar. Diet soda and other low calorie drinks are acceptable.

7. Drink at least 10 cups of water daily - Fight for 16 cups but finish 10 cups daily. Smoothly hydrated helps your body burn more fat and eliminate waste products.

8. Increase the intake of high fiber foods - Start with high fiber cereals in the morning. Consider using high soy milk in fiber and protein. Fruits and especially vegetables are high in fiber along with nuts and nuts. High-fiber foods require more calories to digest, improve bowel movement and consider fats.

9. Cut the fat you see from the meat - You save a lot of extra calories by reducing excess fat from your meat. Low fat means less calories and allows your body to burn higher percentage fat.

10. Eat low-fat celery and carrots - It's a low calorie snack that makes you feel great and helps burn more fat. There is some debate that celery can be considered a "negative" calorie diet because it may require more calories to digest than its actual calorie content. Use low fat and low in calories to add more flavor.
