You must increase your water intake during this process, for a variety of reasons. First, it helps the vegetables break down and absorb correctly. Second, water tends to accumulate around our waist which is part of the reason why it is a problem area. If we could blow some of the water in the region we would look tighter, leaner, and more like we wanted to.

The more water you drink the less you hold your body, which is why I want you to drink like fish! Try to get 6-8 glasses a day to allow your body to process properly and get rid of any water you store.
