Need to Lower Your Blood Pressure Fast Before Your Next Employment Physical?

Do you need to lower your blood pressure quickly? There are many reasons why people want to get regular blood pressure quickly. Often it really doesn't have anything to do with their anxiety about health but about how high blood pressure readings will impact the rest of their lives. Like work.

Any number of jobs has an annual physical requirement that is a condition of employment. It runs on a truck driver on a flight to police and firefighters and nearly everyone involved in the physical activity. If you know that you have high blood pressure and you are scheduled to be physically fit by your employer, then you are very concerned.

What happens if I fail the exam? How long will they keep you and what kind of work will they provide when you have your blood pressure? Does this mean financially?

Well if your test is at least three weeks old and your pressure does not exceed 20 points above normal then good news. You can go down to normal if you want. And you can do it without medication.

This can be a challenge but once you have the knowledge and you act on it, you will be able to achieve the results you want.

Put the start with the main goal. No one really knows what causes high blood pressure but we know a lot about its effects on the body and blood vessels in particular. The vessel is designed to grow when the heart pumps blood and then contracts after a pulse. Someone with high blood pressure has lost some or all of these elasticities so that the vessels are stiff or contracted at all times. When a ship is contracted, they have a smaller diameter that controls the same force from the heart. This is high blood pressure.

Our job is to loosen these vessels to enable them to better control the flow from the heart. The steps followed are designed to do so.

* Step 1. Hydrate. If you have been to a doctor, he may have prescribed diuretics to remove excess salt and fluids. It's fine but the diuretic comes with a side effect. You can do the same with drinking enough water. As a rule, you should drink at least half your body weight in ounces per day. So if you weigh 150 pounds you need 75 ounces of water. Don't open this up.

* Step 2. Exercise. This is the fastest way to temporarily reduce blood pressure. Do at least 30 minutes a day of lightweight aerobic exercise such as walking, swimming or biking. Not only will this reduce your stress, it will cause stress which is a major concern. With a little luck you might even lose one or two pounds in 3 weeks. Make sure you do not miss the training on exam day.

* Step 3. Diet. This is probably what made you feel in the first place. Starting today, no more snacks for lunch. You don't have to be hungry; you just have to watch what you eat. Do not use any table salt; you get more than you need from processed foods and eat out. Cut red meat and fried foods Replace chicken, cold water fish or lean white meat for beef. Eat a few almonds or pistachio before each meal. It gives you good cholesterol, fiber and also fills you up. Includes fresh fruits and vegetables daily. And then there's the garlic clove magic. Try adding 1 clove per day. Not only does it reduce cholesterol, it acts as a vasodilator and expands blood vessels.

* Step 4. Watch what you drink. Cut out caffeinated drinks like coffee, soda and iced tea. Limit your alcohol to one drink a day. Hey he's only been here for 3 weeks?

* Step 5. Lower pressure. This is going to be a challenge because you are already physically asserting but you need control. First of all, do not use any medication or sleeping pills. You will break your heart and redefine the progress you have made to reduce your stress. Find at least 15 minutes a day that you can call yourself. Do some deep breathing exercises or listen to relaxing music. Try to include what you've been doing for the past three weeks. The more fun you can experience, the less stress.

That's right. It's a good start. It can and has been done by thousands. I know now you are only concerned with work but I guarantee that after 3 weeks you will experience new freedom from hypertension. You will love what you do and you will feel better. So while this is all about work, don't give up as soon as you pass the exam. Your heart will thank you.
