Health Tips for Body, Mind and Heart

Enhance your body, heart and mind with just 5 simple things.

Unhealthy lifestyle. It is a major contributor to our biggest health problems: stroke, diabetes, heart disease, cancer. National physicians recommend keeping the heart, body and mind in optimal health.

Here is some good advice from the best medical researchers.

Daily exercise

You brush your teeth everyday; in the same way that exercise is a daily routine. Turn off your TV or computer, and do exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.

To strengthen your heart, it needs to be an aerobic exercise. You have many ways: cycling, walking, jogging, elliptical machines, paddling, swimming. But don't feel like you're accepting being an athlete. Walking is the best exercise. Get ten minutes there and during the day. It's all important.

Start with something simple, like parking at the end of the parking lot - so you can get extra steps to the door. Get one or two flights instead of an elevator. If you use public transport, stop one stop before another and walk. Come out for lunch to go. Or go out with your friends or your wife after work. You will benefit from stress reduction and relaxation.

Healthy diet

Stop eating fast food and high fat. Your brain, heart and whole heart are attacked by foods high in saturated fat, salt, and cholesterol. No one receives around him. You need to replace it with healthy foods: lots of fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts, olive oil - what we call Mediterranean food. Eat like an Italian, a Spanish, a Greek! Enjoy!

Weight reduction

Weight loss puts your health at high risk. When you take in more calories than you burn, you gain fat - it's easy. You need to eat less. You need to do more exercises. You need to develop yourself to make these changes - but you need to do so to help prevent serious health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, or stroke.

Regular physical examination

Tell your doctor about your family's medical history. Learn about your own risk factors, and the screening tests you need. Women can receive mammograms for awning for breast cancer and Pap tests for cervical cancer. Men may receive a PSA prostate cancer test. Acceptable screening for colorectal cancer should start at age 50, probably first if colon cancer is present in your family. You may also need regular diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol tests. Finish making sure your immunization is up to date. You may need flu shots and pneumonia, depending on your age.

Less pressure

When people say they are too busy to work out, it tells me that the more important things are to highlight what is important in life: They do not spend time with family and friends; don't exercise enough; don't eat properly; don't sleep well. All of these things reduce stress in your life, and it's important for your health and age.

To be healthy, we charge for setting boundaries - and setting limits on working hours. We cannot work harder until we are distracted by the things that keep us healthy. This is important advice, also for those who care for parents or young people. Make sure you get proper exercise and sleep and that you don't try to do too much.
