While standing, I want you to lift your legs by bending your knees and bringing them toward your body, as if you were to take a step up the stairs. Now put the foot down and move on, carrying the opposite foot as far as it will go.

Once you have the basic movement down now start doing it faster until you switch feet at a rate of one second (or less) each. Continue this step for 60 seconds, and rest for 30 seconds. Repeat four sets and you'll feel the burning sensation but won't be on your feet ... it'll be your abs!

It works because your leg lift is actually 80% depending on your abdominal muscles. The more blood flow and stimulation you give to your abdominal muscles, the more fat your stomach will burn, and it's important that you push yourself until you breathe. This exercise will still work if you do it slowly, just as Tai Chi works, but I want to speed up your belly fat by increasing it slightly.

Always remember to pull your legs as high as possible because I want you to get the maximum stretch in your abdominal muscles to activate them 100%. Start slowly, speed up, and lose belly fat quickly!
