Excess Stomach Fat Is Not Only Ugly, But Extremely Dangerous to Your Health

Did you know that many western countries have populations where over 70% are considered obese. Everyone knows that excess belly fat is not just ugly. But what most people don't know is that it can be very harmful to your health. This excess belly fat is what keeps your abs from becoming visible and showing off your body.

No one wants a dangerous risk factor hanging over their head. Scientific studies have been done and it is directly concluded that excess belly fat is not only unhealthy but it can be very dangerous to have an advantage in the abdominal area.

Digging deeper into this issue, there are two types of belly fat. The first type is called subcutaneous fat. This refers to the fat that covers your abs and directly under the skin located on the abdominal muscles.

In the lower part of the abdominal muscle lies two types of abdominal fat called visceral fat. This fat can surround the organs. Fat type in particular is the type that gives a "beer belly" appearance to men. "Beer belly" is a term used for men who look overweight but have a stomach that feels a bit stiff when pressed.

Both deep fat and subcutaneous fat in the stomach can increase the risk of serious diseases such as:

• Diabetes

• Heart disease

• High blood pressure

• Stroke

• Cancer

• And many more

Both types of fat may be at increased risk for serious problems caused by abdominal fat, which are actually harmful, but studies show that visceral fat in particular may be more harmful than subcutaneous fat. One of the reasons behind this is that it is so dangerous that visceral fat can release the flow of inflammatory molecules into the body, 24 hours a day!

Very popular in the 20th century Western civilization was a diet consisting of high amounts of carbohydrates. This is directly linked to why people build more fat in their stomachs. Spending years containing high amounts of starch and sugar causes incorrect insulin activity leading to the retention of more blood sugar. The high risk to your body comes from high fructose corn syrup. It is a major contributor to all forms of fat especially deep.

Don't cut your life with this belly fat. If you care about your family and loved ones or your quality of life, get your belly fat fast! This should be a priority.

An interesting part of reducing your stomach level is that your stomach not only flattens but if you lose enough abdominal fat, you will finally be able to see six packs of abs and showcase your body for change.

So how can I get rid of both types of belly fat?

One downside to fitness is that there is no quick solution to your problem. Forget all the gimmicks and hype you see in advertising about miracle fat loss supplements. The pill doesn't work. Also don't try the gray rollers or the seat belts to get rid of belly fat faster because in fact they just get rid of your money quickly. There is also no such thing as a drop in spot where these products lead you to believe.

There is only one solution. You must learn to combine both nutritious diets with a well-designed exercise program. Diets consisting of natural, unprocessed foods and strategic exercise plans will ensure proper stimulation is given to force hormones and subsequently metabolic reactions in your body. Both of these factors are just as important as eliminating this belly fat.

There are studies out there that separate groups of people who only diet vs those who diet and use exercise to compare groups who lose more belly fat. Diet and exercise groups are significantly lower than just fat diets.

One important thing to note is that there is a lot of junk and fur there that doesn't work. People train all the time but what most of them do not know is that even though they think they use good routines they do NOT work efficiently or effectively for their goal of losing stubborn belly fat. You see her every day at the gym.

The most common mistake is when people perform simple cardio hours followed by some weight lifting and then tighten up some complexity or side-effects to the end of their routine. After a few weeks they became frustrated that their hard work was unsuccessful. No results.

I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be difficult or complicated and the decision can come sooner. I've spent over a decade researching this topic. I have applied such scientific research to my thousands of clients to not only shed belly fat but also carve the body they want.

Personal research has shown me the two most important things to clean your deep fat are:

1. Take blood sugar under control to restore proper insulin and metabolic operations through proper nutrition. Reduction of starch and sugar and the elimination of highly processed foods such as high fructose corn syrup will be a major focus. Then, focus on the healthy fats derived from sources such as beans, seeds, olive oil, organic eggs and avocado. The increase in fiber and protein is very important. The government recommends a diet full of unnatural cereals and other aspects that do nothing to control blood pressure or control fat levels. Carbohydrate sources should have more vegetables and fruits to get more fiber.

2. To help improve our metabolism using the form of high intensity training and full body training. Low intensity cardio is simply not effective in removing fat in patients. The high-intensity alternatives I recommend are more effective for doing the work. Your body will become more efficient at managing glucose and insulin, an important step in eliminating stomach fat. Full body training with high intensity interval training will increase the natural hormones that are responsible for burning fat and increasing muscle.

Do not waste more time allowing belly fat to shorten your life and quality of life with preventable diseases.
