Detoxify your Thighs

During a Christmas vacation in Colorado, my family and I decided to go to the local hot springs. It is what we need to warm our bones from the silence of being outdoors all day skiing. There are people of all shapes and sizes. What I noticed in almost every teenage girl and girl was the look of cellulite on her thighs. I'm starting to pay attention to those with more cellulite and less. No woman is immune to the effects. There are also female athletes with stomachs that have cellulite on their thighs. I find it very annoying that so many women do not have cellulite. What is it in our culture that promotes this tasty wholesale and what do we do to prevent it? Is there any key training or is there more to it?

What exactly is cellulite and how do we dispose of it? After doing some research on how to get rid of these deposits naturally, I found that women in Europe have been to health spas and have been using creams to get rid of cellulite or "poor fat storage" for at least twenty years. American doctors consider this type of fat a problem, but do not treat it as a "connective tissue disease" as the medical community in Europe.

Cellulite is a gel-like material consisting of fat, toxic residues and water trapped between the fibrous tissue beneath the surface of the skin. Cellulose is primarily a feminine problem because of the higher percentage of fat tissue in women and because of the greater elasticity of the skin. The layers of fat beneath the skin appear between these fibrous tissues causing "fat buildup" in the subcutaneous layer. In healthy women without cellulite, fat will stay in the skin. This problem occurs when the blood vessels drop and lose vital nutrients. Second, fat collects and binds protein. Water flows from cells due to toxicity in fat tissue. Water melts toxic waste and creates a gel-like substance that makes the complexion look orange. It can be said that cellulite is an inflammatory process because:

1. Reduce circulation in the area

2. Loss of capillary network

3. Excessive liquidity is maintained

4. Fat evaporation is usually hormone isolated

5. Vascular changes in the dermis.

6. Toxic substances stored in less vascular areas of the body in fat tissue.

7 Steps to Detoxify Your Thigh

Some doctors say cellulite is caused by damage, dry skin. I believe this is one of the causes of cellulite, but it's not the whole truth. The first step to reducing cellulite is to repair damaged skin cells and connective tissue. We can do this by following these seven important steps.

1. The first step to change is to use antioxidants to eliminate free radical damage and promote micro-circulation. Vitamin C and Vitamin A are the most important antioxidants for the skin. You cannot grow collagen without Vitamin C. Vitamin A is one of the most important nutrients for keeping your skin healthy and strong.

2. The second key is to increase circulation throughout the body. Gingko biloba improves microbial circulation and thus, there is a body of toxins stored. Dry cleaning is an important addition to our detoxification regime. Cleaning for five minutes daily is equivalent to one and a half hours of training. Use a dry vegetable brush in a circular motion from the toes to the heart. It acts as a manual lymph pump to remove toxins and maintain a healthy circulation. Use circuits that produce essential oils such as rosemary and birch to start breaking down fat deposits. Put 20 dots in every 4oz. from carrier oils like sesame or almond oil and rub it on the back, thighs and hips daily.

3. Eliminate high slime foods and most dairy products especially if they are not organic. The lymph system has a direct effect on the appearance and condition of your skin. When the lymph is clogged with mucous-rich foods, the toxins cannot be carried and many of these waste products are removed and trapped in the skin. Cellulose forms when a rubber gland full of toxins is trapped in the accumulation of fat under the skin. Inorganic dairy products contain large amounts of synthetic hormones that disrupt our sensitive hormone system.

4. Organize your hormones with special nutrient rich oils. The high amount of estrogen in the body determines where fat is lost, especially in the hips, buttocks and thighs. Remember, estrogen builds up the body in pregnancy. It also promotes the retention of excess water in tissues. If the lymph system is slow, toxins are trapped in the thighs. Essential fatty acids also hydrate the skin by strengthening the cell wall. The oil keeps the skin hydrated well. This is important due to the fact that fatty acids are important in regulating the body's hormones. When hormones are balanced, the cells hydrate correctly. It's also easier to maintain the right weight. An easy way to do this is to rotate the organic hemp oil and evening primrose oil by waxing and destroying the moon. It regulates estrogen and progesterone in the body naturally. After menopause the other oil should be used. If your hormones are completely unbalanced, I recommend weekly acupuncture treatments and specific formulas to help with this. A hormone-balanced woman is usually a healthy woman.

5. Open the elimination route by stimulating the detoxification of the liver, kidneys and colon. When a vacuum cleaner is filled with toxic debris it will not work. We need to clean our system for it to function more efficiently. When we get constipated, our removal system is "backed up". Other organs need to do double duty. Sometimes when this happens, too many toxins get rid of the system at once and the liver has to store this waste for days to come. It does this by storing waste in the fat lobule. The liver then sends it out of the main organs and into areas of the body where there is little circulation. These toxins will remain in this location, safe from important bodily functions. A French herbalist named Maurice Messegue conducted extensive research on cellulite control with women from all over Europe. Only when these women deliver foods containing pesticides and chemicals (the most processed foods), can they reduce the amount of cellulite in their body. By stimulating liver function with specific milk thistles, dandelions or detoxifying formulas targeting the liver, kidneys and lymph systems, we can help them function more efficiently. At my clinic in Austin, Texas, I use individual formulas and nutrients specific to each patient to break down waste that's trapped in the cell. A common way to do this is to squeeze one and a half lemons in water three times a day to break down mucus and stimulate the liver. Next, I recommend taking organic cider vinegar (1 tablespoon in 8 ounces of water) before meals to stimulate the body's digestive and digestive processes.

6. Stimulate your metabolism. Drinking three cups of green tea daily is one of the best ways to do this. Not only does it stimulate your metabolism, it has many antioxidants, but it has the ability to metabolize fat! The second ingredient to boost our metabolism is to use cayenne in lemon juice daily. Cayenne stimulates our digestion and improves circulation. Do not use cayenne if you have hot symptoms such as hot flash or persistent thirst.

7. Take counseling and shower regularly. The most important secret for cellulite detoxification is to heat and break down fat deposits. Heating stimulates the removal of poisoning and improves your metabolism and circulation. After taking a hot bath, you will need to squeeze and twist your thighs and buttocks with your thumb and first two fingers. Do this gently, but firmly. By doing this, you break down the fat and distribute it into the bloodstream. Then, use a hard punch to the heart to move blood and lymph. You can use a dry fleece brush for this part. If you do not have access to the sauna, the hot water bath is wonderful. Add essential oils such as juniper, grapefruit and rosemary to stimulate the liver and eliminate toxins. Other additions can include Epsom salt and baking soda. Use two cups of Epsom salt and one cup of baking soda in the bath. Epsom salts release toxins in the body while baking soda calculates the system. Soak for twenty minutes until you sweat. When you get out of the bathroom, massage your stomach, buttocks and thighs, then relax. Do this at least three times a week.

To conclude, detoxifying one's thighs is not a quick fix pill. Most women will agree that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is part of a lifestyle change. A diet of cereals, vegetables and fruits filled with meats, fish and legumes will keep us full of energy, energy and thinness. Daily walking and yoga make our bodies flexible and strong in addition to the steps above. By incorporating all of these factors into your daily life, you will have the incredible success of reducing the unwanted failures. Our body just needs the right nutrients, the right diet and the right detoxification.
