Better Sex, Better Conditioning - Body And Mind Tips

The benefits of better physical conditioning are presented daily in the media. The social norm for body image is influenced daily by what we read and see, whether on T.V or the internet. Yes, the main motivators for better air conditioning are better health, lowering health care costs, increasing energy, and improving self-image. Maybe the number one reason for getting a better shape is in the bedroom.

Here are some mind and body tips that can lead to better sex:

Eat differently

Note this does not say "loose weight" or "go for a low carb diet". It says Eat Different. That means two things. One is portion control and two is eating frequency.

Portion Control

In short, most of us eat too much. That, in part, is a function of how much we serve either at home or during meals. Most of us grew up with the command of parents to become members of the "clean plate club". What we do not know is that we eat everything on our plate, since the parts we provide make us fat! Eating with a coma eating holiday (think Thanksgiving) is unhealthy and will lose weight. Instead eat up to you satisfied and then putting the fork down will result in dramatically different results. It's not about getting rid of all the foods you enjoy from your diet. It's about learning to moderate the amount of food you eat. This leads to the next point.

Eating frequency

So if you eat less of these foods, you will not be hungry? Yes, you will. That means you have to eat. Experts in diet and nutrition recommend eating 5-6 times a day. The pattern is:

Midnight snack

Lunch snack

Snack / dessert dinner

When combined with Portion Control Your rules will train your body to eat less in one sitting, your body will expect smaller meals more often, and the result will be weight loss. This statement assumes that your 5-6 servings do not consist of cheeseburgers, fries, and chocolate shakes! Eating more fruits and vegetables and following a low-fat diet are a good start. Eat Different Recommendations still incorporate good dietary principles such as limiting the amount of fat, carbohydrates, sugar, salt, etc.

What is the net effect of sex? It's easy - eat better, lose weight. Weight loss stimulates sex hormones.

Pelvic Area Training

Activities that promote increased blood flow to large muscle groups provide better blood circulation. This means the work of the thighs, buttocks, and pelvis. These can be practiced such as walking (20 minutes a week), yoga, cycling, Pilate, and jogging. The result of this increased circulation is better arousal, and better orgasmic function. As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any exercise regimen. The main by-product of this exercise will be the return of sexual desire.

Reduce Pressure

One of the best ways to kill sex is to be depressed. How can you do it when work and family demands cause havoc in your brain? Three great pressure reducers:

Breathe - yes breathe. Breathing deeply, relaxing and deliberately. It oxygenates the blood and builds up the brain.

Exercise - there's that word again. Singularly one of the best stress relievers there is.

Music - When it comes to stress, the right music can actually lower your blood pressure, soothe your body and calm your mind.

Stop Buying What Media Sells

Paris, Angelina, Nichole. What do they think? How much do they need to weigh? What did they eat? This is the headline of the mass media every day. They have the potential to contaminate the mind to believe that the "star" body image must be our body image. True sexuality is discovered when you and your partner allow yourself to abandon stereotypes. If any partner is worried about bullying or relaxing how can their sexual potential be realized? Condition your mind to accept your body like that. The body picture can be more damaging to sex than many other factors.

While not a comprehensive list of suggestions for improving your sex life, the preceding tips should improve your health, reduce your stress, and make your sex life more fulfilling.
