Belly Fat Blasting Oatmeal Recipes That Are Fast And Delicious
One of my favorite fat burning foods that will help women burn more fat, especially excess belly fat is oats. That's why I want to share some of my quick and delicious recipes for those of you who don't have much time but want to be thin and tone.
If you combine oatmeal daily in the fat burner menu you will start to see your stomach
shrink from eating bagels, toast, or sweet cereals. Oatmeal is also a great source of fiber
that we need to keep our bodies running like hours.
The following recipes can be prepared by the kitchen top or microwave
use 1/2 cup of water while cooking.
Oatmeal peanut butter
1/2 cup oatmeal (use cooking flour quickly or slowly without sugar)
1 p.m. of all the peanut butter
oven or cook on top of peanut butter mixture
Oatmeal pumpkin
1/2 cup oatmeal (use cooking flour quickly or slowly without sugar)
dash of cinnamon
nutmeg
2 teaspoons without sugar
1tbl of milk-free milk
Oatmeal eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal (use cooking flour quickly or slowly without sugar)
dash of cinnamon
1 package splenda
Mix in 4 egg whites while cooking oats
Maple Nut Oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal (use cooking flour quickly or slowly without sugar)
Stir in syrup after cooking and top with almonds
1 teaspoon sugar-free syrup
8 almonds
High Protein Oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal (use cooking flour quickly or slowly without sugar)
1-2 tablespoons of protein powder of your choice
after cooking stir in the protein powder
Faux Oatmeal Cookie Blend Cake (Yes)
1/2 cup oatmeal (use cooking flour quickly or slowly without sugar)
Prepare overnight or place in refrigerator after cooking
30 min.
1 package splenda
This is a necessary taste but it tastes like sugar and fat-free dough!
