The 500 Calorie Diet is the best way to lose weight fast without the need for exercise! Both men and women have come to terms with this diet. Although this diet is not meant to be long term, it is a great short-term solution for weight loss. The 500 calorie diet is what it says, you limit yourself to eating only 500 calories a day. So you do 500 calorie diets a week and you lose 10 pounds. Great! Has a cupcake, cheeseburger, some ice cream. It is important to reward yourself and not be miserable when you are on a diet. Having a cheat day never hurts anyone!
