Setting Up Your Home Gym For Fat Loss

First, let's face it; Convenience is key and working from home is very effective for use in regular fat burning exercises. Many exercises can be done with your weight - especially if you're a beginner.

You don't need cardio equipment because you can do fat loss intervals by using weight training! As long as you have enough space to stretch your body vertically and horizontally, you can set up a small gym.

At least I would recommend some of the tools you can find on a shoelace estimate from many places like eBay, Amazon and local fitness stores to name a few!

The equipment I recommend will be Stability Ball (also known as swiss ball or therapy ball). This is very easy for home fat burning exercises and is appreciated by personal trainers. It comes in many sizes and can replace stools for many exercises. Beginners should start with larger balls that are less inflated and as you become more accustomed to the practice of adding air to the ball.

The good thing about Stability Ball is that it works on the abdomen and the back as you work on it, which is great for your posture and developing flat abs. Also when you're done, you can use it instead of a chair! Ball stability is cheap and you can get it for around $ 20 from the shops mentioned above.

Second, a set of adjustable dumbbells is useful for increasing endurance in your training and increasing your intensity. You can get dumbbells in various sizes for under $ 40, so when lifting dumbbells you can do 8-15 repetitions with the last few being a little difficult. If you can't reach half the set then it's too heavy, if you can do the set without any hassle, then it's too light. Remember dumbbells can be easily stored under a bed or couch or in the bottom of your closet.

Now with a set of dumbbells and stability balls you can go through some incredible fat burning exercises from the comfort of your own home at a minimal budget.

However, if you have a little more money then a set of powerblock dumbbells will be a great investment and this will last you a lifetime. They'll cost you a few hundred dollars, just enter Powerblock Dumbbells into Google and you'll be able to find hundreds of places you can buy them. Also an adjustable bench will be BUT not necessary. An adjustable bench will cost hundreds of dollars but you can find the one that used to be less on eBay.

Remember though, you can get great fat burning exercises with just your weight.
