Ease Depression With This Natural Health and Healing Alternative

When I think of depression, I see it as a murky trench around the happy palace of your life.

When you suffer from depression, you are outside the palace. You escape from your joy, standing across the ditch. Bridge draw up. You can see the lights inside the palace and hear the children laugh. However, no matter how much you want to be in the palace, you cannot know how to get there. You feel rejected, unable to move, and hesitate to act. Your happy palace feels far, far away.

Why do so many people suffer from depression?

The drug industry claims that depression is caused by chemical imbalances in the brain.

Psychologists argue that the cause of depression is unknown.

The antidepressant drug industry is driven by millions of dollars of sales every year. Since 2008, depression has increased.

What's going on here?

In short: Drug companies treat symptoms, not people.

As a Certified Holistic Health Consultant, my point of view is from a holistic perspective. I'm not just seeing symptoms. I saw that person.

Let me ask you:

Do you feel sad or depressed?

We all feel sad, from time to time. Sadness is a normal part of life and life.

However, if you experience sadness, anxiety, despair, and dissatisfaction with what you have experienced, this is not normal.

Depression affects you and everyone around you.

· Depression affects your ability to make healthy decisions.

· It negatively affects all your relationships.

· It affects your ability to love yourself.

· It impedes your ability to maintain a healthy habit.

Depression is dangerous and prevents you from experiencing happiness.

Castle of Joy

If you have depression, I have good news for you.

Today, I lowered the bridge.

I'll help you cross the ditch and enter your palace of joy. I'll show you how to interact better with the world; how to be clear when making decisions; and start you on your journey to incorporating healthy habits back into your life.

No matter how you feel now you deserve the joy.

Three Things You Can Do to Lower Your Bridge

You cannot allow depression to sabotage your professional and personal efforts.

However, it did.

According to the National Sleep Foundation: "The relationship between sleep and depression is complex - depression can cause sleep problems and sleep problems can cause or contribute to depression."

So the first thing to do is to pay attention to your sleep, get it and control it.

Follow these three tips to reduce depression:

1. The most important thing is to make sleep a priority.

Why not?

Chronic stress increases your cortisol levels. And because cortisol is a hormone produced by the adrenal glands, as your cortisol levels increase, day by day, your adrenal glands eventually float. This is called Adrenal Fatigue.

Sleep deprivation causes hormone imbalances that affect brain activity and physiological responses.

Cortisol production should gradually decrease throughout the day, reaching its lowest point in the evening, when you are ready for bed.

When cortisol production is not turned off, it can lead to serious sleep problems. And when cortisol stays high, your body receives energy signals that make it difficult to rest and sleep.

There are supplements that help lower cortisol levels and make you sleep better. Supplements are different for everyone and depend on other health factors. The best options are:

· Valerian root.

· Magnesium.

Melatonin.

· Magnolia skin.

2. One hour before bedtime, power down.

You can program your smartphone to alert you, get Alexia to set an alarm, or set an alarm clock to alert you when it's an hour before bedtime.

When it is turned off, the signals for your body and mind will begin to decline.

Just like when you were younger, you would create your own relaxing, peaceful, and nutritious ritual. You can do this by:

· Soothe your mind with meditation.

· Use a relaxing scent in your room.

· Have a nice tea.

3. Keep your body healthy throughout the day.

To get a good night's sleep, use the protein first thing in the morning.

Eating protein for breakfast or having a protein smoothie in the morning sets your body for a good night's sleep by balancing blood sugar levels.

Next, stop eating carbohydrates three to five hours before bedtime.

Because carbohydrates cause your blood sugar to rise, if you eat carbohydrates before bedtime you will experience low blood sugar during your sleep cycle and that may cause you to wake up and eat. Not only will it make you lose weight, it will put you out of the much-needed sleep.

Choose snacks before bed. rest. body instead of stimulating it like:

A banana protein smoothie made with bean milk, whey or peanut protein.

· One Kiwi bowl.

· Peanut butter on a spoon.

· Beans and Almonds.

· Free sugar, organic yoghurt or Greek yogurt with flaxseeds and oats.

· Hummus.

So, before you go the traditional route and start taking antidepressants or, if you have prescribed antidepressants and have not seen the results you expect, know that there are natural health and healing alternatives to reduce depression. And one of the best ways is through sleep.

I'll end with this:

A client of mine who is suffering from periodic depression agrees to implement these natural health and healing measures so that he or she may experience more happiness in his or her life. A few months later, she found her professional goal in life and became engaged to get married. I asked him how he was doing with his sleep cycle and he replied, "I depend on it, I have a lot of good goals in life right now, I want to be happy, so I make it a priority to sleep."

My customers deserve the joy. Same goes to you.

In order to live fully in your palace of happiness, you must first love yourself. Love yourself enough to give your body the time it takes to rest. The landing bridge went down. Come and enjoy the excitement of your palace!
