6 Diet Steps To Recover After Easter Holiday

"Oh, I love to eat too much, I think I've gained like 5 pounds this weekend!" Is this like you? Did you disappoint your mom's favorite recipe, baked goods and chocolate?

Don't sweat! I got your back! Just follow these 6 easy recovery steps and you'll be back on track!

Step 1. Drink lemon water

This is a great first step especially if you have stopped it! Adding lemon to your diet is easy and very effective to get your body back to good health. Lemon has many benefits to your health such as detoxification, digestion, fat burning, constipation, body alkaline and provides many antioxidants.

Cut some wedges and add them to your drink. Drink 2 liters a day.

Step 2. For the next 3 days just Cut the Carbs

Great carbs! You need healthy complex carbohydrates to give you energy and to do protein work. The problem is that you eat too much and you eat the wrong kind. (Processed carbohydrates) To get back on track just follow this simple trick I use with my clients. Cut off carbohydrates for 3 consecutive days and then return to normal eating afterwards. This means no bread, pasta, potatoes, rice or any other starch carbohydrates for 3 consecutive days.

Step 3. Eat Healthy Foods

I do not need to say this but many people are skeptical that their food choices are better than they actually are. Many experts believe that people who are very specific about nutrition and nutrition have a greater tendency to think and believe that their food choices are healthier than they actually are. It is always advisable to eat fresh, fresh and unprocessed foods where possible to stay fit and healthy. In addition to "3 Days Without Carbohydrates" you are sure that your food is healthy!

Step 4. Eat 5 Foods

I replied, "That doesn't make sense and that's why you're fat."
