The Abs Diet Eat Right Every Time Guide by David Zinczenko

"The Abs Diet Eat Right Every Time Guide" by David Zinczenko, Editor-in-Chief of "Men's Health" and author of The New York Times bestseller "The Abs Diet," is a great booklet to help with making the right food choices. . If you are unfamiliar with Zinczenko, you may already be familiar with the latest book series. The "Eat This, Not That" series has become very popular, including the latest addition to the series, "Drink This, Not That." This book is a mobile companion to Zinczenko's. It's the larger "The Abs Diet" written by Ted Spiker, and it's similar to the book "Eat This" which provides "everywhere" food choices and has a section that shows edible foods compared to other options. This is the original "Eat This, Not That" guide.

There is a brief introduction to Diet Abs. Then there are two pages of Abs Diet cheat sheets, and one-page success stories. The first chapter then discusses why your weight is not your fault. Enemies such as high fructose corn syrup, saturated fat, saturated fat, and refined carbohydrates are discussed. There is also little metabolism and protein, unsaturated fats and single fat, carbohydrates rich in fiber and calcium.

Chapter two covers the power of the Abs Diet twelve. Twelve principles that shape a diet or diet program. (12 main meals or groups of foods) This chapter will address these and why they should eat.

Chapter three focuses on six steps for a lifetime of leisure time: Eat six meals a day, eat around the Abs Diet 12 Power, Drink smoothies regularly, stop counting, watch what you drink, and continue, cheating. Chapter four then lists the Abs Diet grocery stores to help you buy healthy foods. I love that she included a little on the reading label.

Chapter five features 25 Abs Breakfast Diets. Chapter six contains 25 lunches, and Chapter seven has dinner. Simple, fast food with the basic nutrient value included. Chapter eight features 27 smoothie and snack recipes, while chapter 9 focuses on eating and providing information on the food you'll find in many restaurants, including fast food. Chapter ten contains some guidelines for surviving the holidays.

The eleven chapter has a bit of hard work, and then the book concludes with some frequently asked questions. This book contains some good information about food choices, and if you follow "The Abs Diet," it's a great companion. However, it is not as "Eat This" book. This book has no pictures, no colors, etc., as there are books. This book contains solid information and good guidance, it is not just an exciting package like the others. If you have everything new, you may not be able to find this useful, but if you only have the original "Abs Diet" book, this is a great companion.
