Can Dehydration Cause IBS and Bacteria Overgrowth? Part 1

Is there an association between dehydration, IBS and excess bacteria? That's what I'm going to discuss in this article.

The main symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) are recurrent abdominal / abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea and / or constipation. Secondary symptoms include heartburn, stomach acid, back pain, fatigue, irritation, and so on.

Recent studies supported by the doctor's clinical experience indicate that 90% of subjects / patients who believe that they have high stomach acid actually have stomach acidosis (hypochlorhydria). Symptoms of low and high stomach acid are, paradoxically, very similar and include:

* Swelling, constipation, diarrhea
* The taste of food just stays in the stomach for a long time
* Tiredness
* Hair fall
* Fingernails are weak
* Foods that are not digested in feces
* Minerals and vitamin deficiencies
* Stomach Stomach - Stomach Stomach
* Acid stomach, heartburn
* Food sensitivities and allergies

Low levels of stomach acid can quickly lead to other digestive disorders, and they can also contribute to the symptoms above.

According to Dr Batmanghelidj, the heartburn and stomach acid will initially be treated with glass, or several glasses of water. Dr Batman believes that peptic ulcer is usually the first sign. From personal experience, I have found that drinking lots of water, combined with a balanced diet, relieves heartburn for 10 years and stomach acid problems.

There may be a relationship here between long-term dehydration (low water intake) and low stomach acid, and the onset of other digestive disorders caused by low stomach acid; such as parasite infections and bacteria imbalance / imbalance.
