7-Day Weight Loss Guide

Weight loss is easy. You just have to plan ahead. You need to have nutrition and diet planned, and you need to have a structured workout that you can consistently follow. Choose something you like! Choose healthy healthy foods. Very easy, very effective.

Here is your weight loss guide for the next 7 days. Just follow and lose an inch of belly fat.

It's Monday

In today's practice and training, make sure you plan to set the best for yourself. It can be in weight training, weight loss, or in your interval. Getting better at the gym is key to improving your body and health.

It's Tuesday

30 minutes of activity. Make a meal replacement today that will help you lose fat. For example, skip high-carb cakes or rice cakes, and snacks on Almonds instead.

Wednesday

Do more strength and exercise intervals to burn fat. Exercise is intense, and you will get your fat burning exercises faster than if you were using slow cardio.

Thursday

30 minutes of training, however you want to do it. And at some point during the day, review your water intake. Do you eat enough water to keep your energy up and hungry? See if you can't slip in another cup or two of water to make up for any shortfall.

Friday

Another exercise and interval training to burn fat and weekends. Now that the weekend is over, you might be tempted to cheat and have a few drinks. Try to hold as much as you can, as most drinks are full of sugar, in addition to 150 calories per ounce of alcohol. If you want to drink, avoid high alcohol and high calorie drinks. And if liquor is a great relaxation, work on reducing your weekly intake by 1 drink a week until you exercise it.

It's Saturday

Get 30 minutes of exercise from a fun, non-gym workout. Maybe do some heavy lifting in the garden or at home. Depending on the weather I feel. Then check in with a member of the social support group (or maybe you also plan to meet for a workout or yoga or tennis or something) and then follow that with a trip to the movies. Choose a motivation and reward yourself for all your hard work.

Sunday

Plan, shop, and set up, of course. Get 30 minutes of exercise, and don't forget to grab some almonds from the grocery store's bulk section, and extra fish oil capsules. Aim to get 3.5 grams of Omega-3 fatty acids daily from fish supplements and fish oil.

As the old saying goes, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.",
