1. Vacuum Pose your way 1 inch less on your waist for a week

Vacuum pose is a special exercise that goes far beyond mere crunches and sit-ups when it comes to losing inches from your waist.

Crunches and sit-ups are more for strengthening your abs muscles. BUT... the problem is, no one will see those muscles too if you have layers or layers of fat covering them.

So while crunches and sit-ups can't hurt you, they are quite your waistline if you don't lean.

However a vacuum is used ISOMETRIC TENSION which helps to attract and flatten belly fat. This exercise is somewhat similar to what is known as "suck in the stomach".

In fact, that's what you do with a vacuum causing it, too, with the difference that a vacuum requires you to suck BOWY LOWER.

Regardless of what you think about walking (Note: It's not good for long-term weight loss, but it does suck for short-term fat loss), walking behavior is considered a very different exercise ... though it may be.

It puts more "body specific" stress on your muscles (this is a good thing).

Actually, I just have to tell you to try walking on a treadmill where you tend to be 15 degrees for 15-20 minutes and see for yourself what I mean. Your body will soon feel the difference.

While it tends to run indirectly targeting your belly fat, it literally melts quickly because fat is needed for energy and recovery from this exercise.

If you do any kind of walk in the hope of losing weight, make that change ... including a treadmill ... and see what happens!
