This question is answered by Dr. Fadel Ramadan, consultant obesity and nutrition, saying: This diet is based on the idea of the effectiveness of both kiwi and pineapple in burning grease, noting that this diet should not exceed four days and not repeat until after three weeks, which is a component of iftar on the first day is : Kiwi bean and two pieces of pineapple and a piece of cheese  with a piece of bread, but lunch is a Kiwi bean and three slices of pineapple with boiled pasta plus minced meat, while dinner is a yogurt salad with cooked vegetables.

The second day is a kiwi breakfast with two pineapple slices and a boiled egg, lunch is a Kiwi with three slices of pineapple and a piece of chicken, while dinner is a Kiwi with four slices of pineapple and a quarter loaf with two tomatoes.

The third day is a Kiwi with two slices of pineapple and a cup of milk plus half a cup of milk, while lunch is a Kiwi with three slices of pineapple, a piece of grilled steak and a boiled zucchini, while dinner is a Kiwi with two slices of pineapple and a salad.

The fourth day is made up of a kiwi breakfast with two pineapple slices with a large bean dish, lunch is a Kiwi with three slices of pineapple and grilled fish, while dinner is a slice of meat or chicken breast with a quarter of a loaf.
