Oily Skin Care - 12 Ways to Reduce Excess Sebum

  7. Eat low fat foods, protein rich foods, whole grains, fresh fruits and leafy green vegetables.

  8. Oily and effective oily skin care and non-smoking. Find a way to quit smoking. Smoking causes the pores to enlarge and harm the skin, between the organs of your body.
