The Top 3 Exercises For Love Handles

Do you know the top 3 exercises for controlling love? You may be surprised to find that they are not experiencing the common problems you've been told time and time again. This exercise is actually effective in toning and strengthening the obliques on the sides of your abs to eliminate the grip of your love.

Before you explore the best exercises for love control it is important to remember that exercise will only take you so far. If you do not make changes to your diet, you will be fighting a difficult battle. If you eat in conjunction with this great dieting exercise, you can increase your results exponentially.

1) Chop Wood

We all know that carpenters do not suffer from controlling love. Ever wonder why? Wooden exercises use a handle mounted on your weight system's cables. You pull the cable down and cross your body (as if you were cutting wood). Avoid too much weight. Even if you want to experience endurance and feel the effects of your workouts, you don't have to struggle to do that. You will repeat exercises 8 to 10 times on each side for the best effect.

2) Oblique Knee Drops

This is one of the best exercises for controlling love. Sit on the floor with your knees pulled up and straight to the body (as if you were sitting in a chair). Place the medicine ball between your knees and wrap your arms to your side (ankle). Using the muscles in your stomach, lower your knee to the floor towards your right hand. Then return to the knee to the center before going left and then back to the center. Repeat this exercise 10 to 16 times.

3) Using Sweep

No, you are not going to sweat yourself out to lose belly fat but this exercise to get rid of love is really working. Hold a broom on your head. Spread your arms wide and hold near the tip and base of the broom. Stand with your feet wide open. Without turning or twisting, you want to slowly bend towards your right foot and then return to the center. Repeat this five times and then bend your left foot five times. You can repeat this several times during your training. If you do not get enough resistance from the broom alone, you can work up to this exercise. Start small (no more than 3 pounds in weight) and work your way up to a larger weight.

Each exercise in love control will give you great results when you do it consistently and combine it with a diet high in lean protein and low in saturated fat and complex carbohydrates.
