Quick Home Workouts to Lose Belly Fat and Get Six Pack Abs Fast - Quick Six Pack Ab Workouts

Need a business trip? On vacation? Traveling with friends? The schedule is busy and can't go to the gym?

Do not worry!

Here are some of the many "Hotel Workouts" that you can do with a little bit of equipment that will make sure you never miss a workout and fall off the track.

This is a quick exercise you can complete in 15-20 minutes or less so you have more time to spend on your travels, or just relax and relax

Here's the plan:

If you're traveling, which means you'll be packing and driving in the car, I suggest bringing along a set of dumbbells travel styles.

If you travel a lot, you should know that most hotel fitness centers in the hotel usually suck and you don't want to go there and not work. Trust me I've been there.

Here's a second set of my "fun trips":

My Travel # 1 Choice: Bowflex Select Dumbbells Tech

I like this because they combine 15 sets of weights into one. All it takes is a dial turn and you can change the resistance from £ 5 to 52.5 pounds.

The Select Tech is perfect to be with you as they take up no space and you can use it to get in quick training on the go.

If you don't have a gym in your home gym, I strongly recommend investing in a set. (You can also do the exercises I have for you downstairs at home)

My Travel Choice # 2: Aqua Bell Dumbbells

If you are traveling by plane, you will not be able to carry your Select Tech trust but you can carry a pair of Aqua Bell Dumbbells instead.

I like Aqua Bell because all you have to do to adjust the weight is just add water. Then you just empty it and they are packed in your suitcase.

They only weigh 16 pounds each, so they are not as heavy as Select Tech but they are very easy to travel with, and will get the job.

If you are looking for a cheap dumbbell to take with you when traveling by plane, this may be your best bet.

Here are the exercises: You'll go through the circuit every once in a while. (If you're feeling motivated though, don't be afraid to challenge yourself and do the circuit twice)

Advanced Training Bonus For Accelerators ONLY: If you have a hotel room where beds or sofas lift the floor, you can do my favorite hotel exercise, earthquake prison! Just don't be too crazy and rip things in the room. If you want to do it my favorite way, get a friend sitting on the edge of the bed or sofa to add some weight. Don't tell the hotel manager you heard about this here though!

That's it for today, hopefully you can use this exercise the next time you go, or if you're a homebody, just use em for homemade training.

Keep practicing,

Jamin Thompson
