Obey Your Diet Plan

If you are overweight, you may be exposed to social, emotional and health problems. You need to plan a strict diet to help you through weight loss.

Whether written by you or a professional, weight loss plans do not have to be complicated or demanding in tone. Instead of having a plan that you like as a military commander, make it your new companion. Think of it as your coach. A friendly but tight coach. That way, you won't be afraid of your own rules.

To keep going and achieve your goals, your plan must be reasonable and realistic. Make sure your plan is simple and effective so it's easier for you to do it. If you are 65 pounds, don't expect to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. The BMI or Body Mass Index is a good base if you need to shed pounds or not.

Another factor is your reason behind the plan. If you plan to lose weight just to bring back your ex or make your partner envious then forget about it. Your objective is for your own sake. Don't let the temptation force you to do this. Sooner or later you may find that your intentions are useless, which may prevent you from continuing the plan.

If you are planning to write your own, here are some things to consider in your plan:

  • Schedule your training

  • The Best Goals

  • Daily calorie intake

  • List of edible foods

  • A list of foods you can't eat

  • Journal entries

  • Healthy Activity Calendar

  • Diet Chart for Weight Loss

Always remember that The plan is not a wish list. You didn't write a plan to let it stay in the drawer for ages. Plans are made to be realistic because you know you will take immediate action. Do everything you need to do to become what you want. Respect your plan just as much as you respect your coach. Make it happen.
