How to Love Your Slim Self

Maybe you laugh, how can you imagine "slim self." Ask yourself, "How can I think of myself as slim, when I've been struggling with weight for most of my life."

If we need to we can change that adjective and make it a verb ... How about - LOVE YOUR FRIENDS. Can you start to imagine yourself slimmer? Can you show yourself in the clothes you have hidden behind the closet?

Can you think about how you feel when you're slimmer than you are now? Are you beginning to have a lighter vision of yourself? Do you give up thinking that you are FAT, OVERWEIGHT, OBESE, HEFTY, HAVING THUNDER THIGHS, or any descriptive ideas you have collected for the rest of your life?

If YES, then you are on your way to creating something beautiful in your life. It must be unclear, yes ... no cheating on this, because what you think doesn't count calories, it's just .... and when you realize how important your thinking and thinking are, many things will change.

If not, if you are not prepared to STOP thinking about your fatness and weight problems, if you are unable to quit critical, self-judgmental and "hard on yourself", then we need to do some more work.

It is not possible for you to achieve that slim self, you just need it and believe that you have the right thing to do. Let's take YES and move it to the LOVE section. Now here we can certainly understand understanding and empathy. Think of friends, friends, children, or relatives whom you love and who love you.

Can you remember the love of those people, taking care of them, saying and doing the things you love to do for them? Can you feel the inside about how much you care, no matter what, and how you are there for them and will always go the extra distance.

Take that feeling, love, care, compassion, empathy, and kindness and ... hold on to your seat belt ... I'll ask you to do something with the feeling you just created. Can you feel it in your body? Can you feel it in your heart? Can you make it stronger when you think about it and how much do you really love them?

Now, take that feeling and pour it all on yourself .... right, hopefully that feeling is a glorious waterfall and let it bathe you in the feeling of love .... Now there you have it. .. Bring yourself a slimmer ..... start off great!
