How to Reduce Stomach Flam

1. Rub the "hot hands" rub

This is what you do ...

Rub your hands together. Do this for 25 seconds or whatever. Just make some kinetics heat them up. Then, as you lie on your bed, rub a circle around your belly button. Do this for 20-30 seconds.

Then stop ... rub your hands for another 10 seconds ... and repeat. Do this for 2-3 minutes, twice a day for best results.

Once in the morning and once at night.

The theory behind why this works ... is hot out of your hand burns fat cells in your stomach . The heat goes straight through your skin and into the fat cells.

Heat basically burns them alive. They don't like the heat. Now, it will take some time to get rid of all the fat cells that do this, but repeated exposure to this type of heat will eliminate and burn the belly fat.

2. The isometric acceleration ab

This helps level your abs. All you have to do is tighten your abs and squeeze them together. As soon as you can. Then hold on for as long as you can.

Let go, rest a few seconds, then repeat. This is also possible while lying on your bed . I recommend that you do it 3-6 minutes a day, depending on how fast you want to resolve your belly fat problem.
