Basic Workouts to Help You Gain Flat Stomach Abs

If you want to lose your belly fat and abs flat to show off, stick to regular exercise. The most effective way to do this is through cardio training. Here are exercises that can help you get six pack abs.

1. Bike Training

This is a training that does not use a real bike. All you have to do is lie down on the floor and do a couple of rowing moves, as if riding a motorcycle. It can form six pack abs (rectus abdominis) and waist (obliques).

2. Knee Tucks

Sit on the chair, maintain the right attitude as you take the grip on the side of the chair. Position your feet at an angle of 45 degrees, pull your knees into your chest, and return to the starting position. Do this a few times. This will strengthen your body and give your abs shape as they damage it.

3. Ball Knee tucks

Start with your stomach laying the ball. Using your hands, walking forward brings the ball to your thighs. Lift your hips and roll the ball towards your hands and knees to your chest. Again, lift your hips and continue rolling the ball until your body is parallel to the floor. This routine improves balance, stability, and muscle strength. It will compress your abs by waking them up.

4. Ball ball

More complex and challenging exercises are football the same as the knee. In this routine, you just need to bend your knees slightly, lift your hips up to a few inches later as you continue. The main point here is that while lifting your hips and folding your feet on the ball, you are actually using your abs and toning them. This way, you can have flat stomach abs.
