Truth Six Pack Abs Program - Is it Really All About Abs?

If you're like the majority of people out there looking for the fastest way to lean and turn your abs into a six-pack, you might think that all you need to do is a ton of crunches. Well, this seems like the most logical thing to do, right?

And what if I showed you that it was just a bunch of crap?

You can try, if you don't believe me. I spent several months in the gym doing hundreds of crunches, and the results I was hoping for (what a surprise!) Didn't come at all.

Yes, I feel better, I'm stronger, I'm having fun, but ... my abs are still covered with a soft layer of fat.

No six packs. Tone. Zip.

What's wrong? I'm sure I'm doing my crunches correctly, I have a lot of coaches who tell me I'm doing well.

Are you starting to trust me? Maybe you are experiencing the same thing. And I'll tell you why in some people, keep reading.

Here's the thing: traditional ab exercises will not lose fat around your middle, no matter how many of you do.

In fact, classical ab exercises are meant to "isolate" ab muscles.

And muscle isolation is probably one of the stupidest myths that the fitness industry has sold to the public.

This way more equipment will be sold, and people working in the gym will be on the boat, too, believe it or not. Without equipment, there is no gym and they will have no jobs.

Why do you want to work just one muscle? It's just a way to risk injury.

Our body functions as a whole and it requires balance. If you work on one muscle and ignore the other, your body will become unbalanced and this will lead to stress and injury.

Instead, you can effectively control your entire body with the right type of exercise.

In this way, your body will work in a more natural way and the main results you will get will be fat burning and a strong increase in your metabolism.

This way, you need to lose weight to do this exercise as well.

And here's another reason why no one will actually teach you this exercise in the gym: because you can easily do it at home, with some dumbell at most.

Finally, if you really want to get your abs like a six pack, you don't have to focus on abdominal exercises.

Your exercise routine should include a more complex mix of exercises, working on multiple muscle groups at the same time.

Forget the crunches. You don't have to spend hours on cardio. And, first of all, you don't have to starve yourself.

All you need is a proper workout plan, and you'll have more fun, in less time, with faster results.

And your six pack of abs won't be too late to show.
