The difficulty of losing weight is taking it all at one time or another. I don't care what anyone says but it doesn't. I know for myself I have had time and time again to lose weight. Every time I think it's another battle.

Look at a coach
Sit in the sauna
get a personal workout buddy

Drinking water
Eat fresh green vegetables daily

Count your calories and eat no more than 2,500 in a single day.
Write it all down. This is especially important for weight loss as you document your progress step by step.
