The Critical Role of Sodium and Chloride (Salt) in the Diet!

If you look at the Periodic Table of the elements, you will see that sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium are the alkaline metals of the soil. You can tell by their position how they relate to each other.

For example, sodium is the number 11 in the Periodic Table which shows the number of protons in its nucleus. Whereas magnesium is the number 12 in the Periodic Table of only 1 proton or more hydrogen ion of sodium. Potassium is number 19 and calcium is number 20. These four elements are next to each other on the Periodic Table for good reason!

For many years I have been thinking about the relationship between sodium, magnesium, potassium and calcium and have come up with the hypothesis that magnesium, potassium and calcium are all nuclear ion transformations (11). This is important to understand when we consider why our blood is salted with sodium instead of magnesium, potassium or calcium. Even the ocean is marinated with sodium for a very good reason.

The word summary for my nuclear change hypothesis is as follows:

sodium (11) + hydrogen (1) magnesium (12) or,

sodium (11) + oxygen (8) potassium (19) or,

sodium (11) + hydrogen (1) + oxygen (8) calcium or,

sodium (11) + oxygen (8) + hydrogen (1) calcium

As you can see there are many variations on how the body can convert sodium to other alkaline elements necessary to maintain its alkaline design. Keep in mind that the transformation of this element is not a chemical reaction but a reaction, I call vibration intelligence.

The movement of hydrogen ions into the nucleus of sodium ions is what produces magnesium alkaline elements to help regulate body temperature or temperature.

The movement of oxygen ions into the nucleus of the sodium ion is the catalyst for the alkaline element potassium to help regulate the fine alkaline pH of the body's extra and intracellular fluids.

The movement of hydrogen ions into the nucleus of potassium ions is the catalyst for calcium alkali. It contains calcium ions that create calcium to help keep our skeletal structure healthy and strong. In the ocean, it is a salt or sodium ion that produces calcium that makes calcium coral, which helps maintain the ocean's alkaline design at pH 8.3.

You see, nuclear sodium transformation takes place at all times of the day with any vibration or movement, such as an athlete's movement, because the body uses sodium and hydrogen to control the body's temperature to keep it cool.

As a person exercising and as a body heats up naturally by turning sodium into magnesium. This change will result in loss of blood sodium and an increase in urine magnesium. Why not? Because the body converts salt or blood sodium into magnesium to regulate body temperature! Without salt you CAN NOT adjust your body temperature!

The same element change occurs when the body tries to maintain its alkaline design at pH 7.365. When the body is stressed physically or emotionally, the product of metabolic acidic waste increases. As metabolic acids increase from the body's movements, such as during exercise, or when stressed, such as worrying about your finances, the body needs additional alkalinity to accommodate the increase in endogenous acidity and will begin to convert salt or blood sodium to potassium.

That is why we see, customers who are sick, tired, depressed or ineligible for lowering blood serum and elevated serum blood levels.

Balancing the body's alkaline pH with the fluid and bringing the body back to health, energy, happiness and fitness cannot be achieved without mineral salts and especially basic sodium ions.

Without salt flowing through the blood vessels and our oceans there would be no LIFE ON Earth!

Just one more thing to think about. As you know, most of the sodium comes to us as sodium chloride. This is not a coincidence. When you take salt or sodium chloride, the body splits into two ions. It's a matter of chemistry. Sodium ions are used as I mentioned above but chloride ions are used to build our blood. I gave the following formula for nuclear ion chloride transformation to iron:

chloride (17) + oxygen (8) + hydrogen from water (1) iron (26)

What I recommend is that salt or sodium chloride not only stores our body's blood and alkaline but also creates the iron needed to make hemoglobin or blood. Therefore, when one is depleted of iron, it is totally deficient in sodium chloride!

To limit or eliminate salt from dietary diets is to set ALL levels and diseases.

It is not the salt that causes high blood pressure. It is a food and a metabolic acid.

Salt is the body's life! And, without the total amount of unsaturated salts, the body cannot keep up with the daily attacks of diet and metabolic acidity.

This is why I recommend eating lots of alkaline mineral salts and eliminating acidic foods and drinks. When you do this, your health, energy, happiness and fitness will naturally improve - without medication!
