Maybe you think celebrity moms have it easy. After all, they are rich! They can hire a babysitter to watch their baby while they work out with their personal trainer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served fresh by the best chefs. They don't have to lift their fingers to wash their salads if they don't want to. Okay, so maybe they're easier than others!

But don't buy the reasons you need to lose weight. Your budget doesn't have to hold you back. There are many things moms can do every day to burn calories and exercise without cash:
