Roughage is a term usually given to fibers. Fiber is a nutrient from plants that is hard to digest by the body. Roughage definitely helps constipation. Most of the foods we eat today are very low in fiber. There are two main types of fiber.

They are soluble fiber and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber is more easily broken down and found in foods such as nuts, apples, wheat, and others. Insoluble fiber is usually gone, but insoluble fiber is not as you think it is.

Insoluble fiber provides a healthy texture to our impurities. It also acts as a dilution agent for all waste products carried in our vagina reducing its effects on the intestinal wall.

A diet rich in fiber, both soluble and insoluble, will help a lot in digestion. That makes bowel movement easier and removes all waste from our diet.

However, a low fiber diet can cause a disorder known as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Symptoms of IBS include: abdominal pain, mucus and (or) blood pressure, depression, muscle and joint pain, headache, anxiety, diarrhea directly after constipation, bloating and stomach cramps. This most common disorder disappears and then comes back to the same fate as before.

20% of all our population has, or will have, IBS at some point in their life, as a result of not getting enough fiber. Of course, symptoms may vary from person to person. IBS treatment is not easy to find, it is only a high fiber diet, and you should never have any problems with IBS. You need to get treatment before it gets worse.

If you realize you may have it, it's not a good idea to leave it untreated. The best thing to do if you think you might have IBS is the next meal you should try eating more beans (cooked on the skin), sweet potatoes, handcuffs, corn on the cob, potatoes on the skin, lots of vegetables, or fruits. These are some of the names of very high fiber foods.

Fiber also helps in the treatment of diabetes and helps reduce the rate at which glucose (sugar) is released from the digested food, into the bloodstream. It helps to take insulin. The more fiber in your diet, the lower the glycemic index of those foods.

Fiber also helps release fat from the body. help a diet that promotes weight loss. Here are some tips for increasing fiber intake: eat bread with non-egg beans, add peas to rice or bananas or yam. Eat your rice with vegetables. eat potatoes with skin.

For snacks, nibble on carrots, or apples or pineapple. When you eat oranges, eat meat in oranges. Don't just suck it up and throw it away. Put cabbage and carrots in rice, pasta, or macaroni while cooking. If you like salads, be sure to include them in your diet regularly.

Before I started writing this article, I didn't know how important fiber, both soluble and insoluble, is to a healthy diet. Needless to say, it will be included in my daily diet. And to answer the questions in the title of this article, "Does abortion help or prevent constipation?" The answer is "It helps."
