The Flat Stomach Secret

Today I want to share a secret with you that I learned back when I was in 8th grade that will help you get a good stomach. It will not only help you get rid of the belly fat on your muscles in your abdominal area but it will help you shrink your waist and get something stronger.

This happened because I had a girlfriend at the time who left me because other people had better abs. He went out with that guy. It's a stupid enough reason to break up with someone, but we're 14 so you let something get in your head. That experience made me look for a stronger middle ground and then I discovered that this secret was one of the principles of core stabilization, so I'll share with you what I learned last year: abdominal tumors.

Most people just let their stomachs hang out. When you do that, your gut and stomach balance your abs and there is no tone in your muscles. What I started in 8th grade was to use my abdominal when I was walking.

To do this, simply draw your stomach. This action activates a muscle called transverse abdominis. Abdominal transverse is like the natural belt you have inside your core. As it develops more tone and strength it actually reduces the size of your waist. All you have to do is insert a belly button. That's the first step. Tuck in your stomach like you're wearing tight shorts.

The second step is to lightly bind your abdominal. It activates the external and internal obliques; your stomach muscles. When you pull your belly button, ease your abdominal contraction.

We're not talking about full contraction, but light contraction. This is an isometric way to train your abdominal. It helps them get a better tone, endurance, and strength if you do it every day.

At first it was a very conscious process but over time it became a conscious process and your body developed a natural tonic in that area. This also provides better spinal stability. If you are moving, lifting objects, or exercising, you need to hide at all times - especially if you are lifting weights.

When you bend and lift something, strengthening your abdomen supports your spine. One of the first things we talk about doing squats is to hold the abdominals and the core through the motions.

Now, let's go back to the original question.

The answer: get a flat stomach just by strengthening the abdominals.

Tuck them in and contract lightly. Do that every day and give yourself a few weeks.

You will notice tightening, your posture will improve, and lower back pain will only disappear.
