Apple diet is a question that I get occasionally by weight loss clients when they first join my program. What's that? Does it work? Is it safe? All are valid questions for those who want to lose weight quickly. Asian women get their skinny bodies using natural fruits like apples, but in a different way than you expect. Let's see how apples can help, or hurt, your chance to burn fat quickly!

Apple Diet - Does it work?

Any time I hear about a diet that has people hoping to lose weight they don't eat but one single item of my radar food for nonsense goes to high alert.

Usually this diet lets you eat one, two, or even all three of your daily meals for one or two consecutive days, followed by one day of snacks.

The problem with this method is that we as humans cannot get 100% of the vitamins and nutrients we need from a single food source. We grow over time by eating thousands of different foods, and taking the best part of each of them as we digest what we eat.

Now this doesn't mean the Apple Diet is a failure and it won't help you lose weight. Here's how ...

The perfect time for Apple

Asian women use certain tricks to gain weight and maintain weight, and one of these involves eating apples before a big dinner (dinner).

My own mother used to make my siblings and I had at least half an apple about 20 minutes before dinner; .

By eating apples before dinner, you will get high fiber intake and healthy calories. This has two effects because it makes you feel more satisfied and hungry when you sit down to eat the main meal, so you eat less, and you'll also eat more slowly because you aren't so hungry from hunger.

You eat less, and you eat more slowly, both allowing your body to absorb more calories you eat without exceeding your metabolism's ability to burn those calories for energy. Just one simple act, one apple before dinner, can cause you to eat between 200-400 fewer calories at dinner time ... which in one month means you have saved between 6,000 and 12,000 calories you will eat!

Little things like this can go a long way. While eating apples all the time in the Apple Diet is too extreme, the one-apple trick before dinner may be the perfect spark to lighten your body for the rest of your life ...
