We have conscious intelligence and subconscious intelligence. The conscious mind is responsible for thinking, rationalizing, analyzing, logic. Realizing that, on the contrary, is not logical at all, is the source of your imagination, feelings and emotions. The subconscious records the experiences of our former lives, all our memories, everything we have heard or seen and how we feel and how we see each experience. It is the part of the mind that controls every function of autonomy in the body, such as the heartbeat, breathing, digestive process, blood circulation, liver function, and more. The subconscious is always active in the background and runs through most of our daily lives. Our subconscious intelligence, controlling all our behaviors, attitudes and actions, does not analyze, it does not discriminate between good and bad. Most of what we do is the result of our subconscious mind. All ideas, information, thoughts, we are automatically stored in the subconscious mind, since childhood, forming a belief system.

This set of beliefs, in turn, will guide your thoughts, feelings and actions, create your current and last patterns of behavior, and create your present reality. When you were young, your parents, your teachers, your religious tutors, were all sources of information. You trust them. You believe everything they say, even if it's false. At a young age you can't filter all the information you receive. In fact, from the time you were born, until you were 7 years old, your brain was in a state of mild hypnosis, since the rational brain has not grown. If your mom tells you: "spinach is good for you", you believe her. So if your parents tell you you're not important, you're not smart, you're not talented, you trust them too. Finally, after hearing the false ideas over and over again, they are reinforced, and rooted in the subconscious, creating false negative programming.

This condition always affects the lives of people, their decisions and actions, without them even realizing it. So, while you know exactly what to do, to make positive changes, some of the limitations are unconscious, negative programming, disrupting your goals, investing in your success, and well-being. For example, at a conscious level, you have a strong desire to achieve a positive goal, or to make positive changes. You begin to take the right action to achieve it. To play your music, you open and run Media Player installed on the hard drive. The current version of players, freezing, is causing problems. Therefore, you decide to play your music through the latest version of Media Player, which you have not yet installed. You try, but you fail repeatedly. It's not possible, since you can't play your music, using software that is missing from the hard drive. As such, older versions of Media Player will continue to run your music files, over and over again !!! In my case, all the steps I've taken before, to cure my food craving, didn't work because I was trying to solve this problem, using my will, exercising discipline and endurance.

This is a cognitive function of the mind, which, while intelligent, has only 5% of mind power. The subconscious mind, on the contrary, has 95% power, and controls our thoughts and actions 95% of the time. Also, some limiting negative and subconscious beliefs are contrary to my conscious desire. Adjusting my wrongdoing will associate healthy eating with suffering and deprivation, unhealthy food with pleasure and reward. So my subconscious is constantly triggering the alarm, to avoid any painful experience, a positive, repetitive change.

It is not easy to change a state of false consciousness, to limit condensation, to replace negative thoughts for many years, simply by having the will to do so, or by using the power of your will and your conscious mind. The subconscious is much stronger and stubborn than the conscious mind. So in the end, he always wins the battle. Scientific facts state that the subconscious can process about 400 billion bits of information per second, while the conscious mind can process only 4,000 seconds!

Through hypnosis it is possible to remove old software that is useless causing your computer (your consciousness) to stop, and installing new software that will allow you to run the program you want. Hypnosis allows you to permanently change your negative state and replace it with a pattern of true, healthy belief, in line with your conscious intention, aligning your conscious self with unconscious confidence. Only by achieving this alignment will you be able to achieve your goals successfully. It is only through a positive and healthy change in your subconscious mind, which will enable you to achieve lasting and positive change in your life!
