Sugar cravings are a major pain. Especially when you're trying to lose weight. I used to use power as my main defense against sugar and it worked. For like a few days. And then BLAM I ate eleven ice cream. So what's better to stop the desire for sugar than power?

Gymnema sylvestre extract.

Gymnema is a herb that is grown in India and has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine. It is very effective in stopping the consumption of sugar referred to as the "Sugar Destroyer." It is also used with diabetes patients to help regulate blood sugar levels. However, if you are a diabetic and are taking insulin, do not adjust and start using the gym without medical supervision.
