Acne is a shameful and potentially harmful disease. Here are some tips on how to cure acne quickly, before you are left with an incurable scarring and contour.

The first step is to stop washing more. The common misconception is that washing more than twice a day will keep their skin clear. This cannot be far from the truth. Avoid overly sugary foods, any excessively high fat (especially saturated and trans fats), and anything that is allergic or intolerant (many people are allergic to dairy and don't know it!).

Lastly, I recommend you get some fresh air and exercise daily. No one wants to hear it, unfortunately. Exercise will lower your stress levels (which lowers hormone production, other causes of acne), improves circulation, and maintains your overall health.
