Everyone wants to get six packs of abs, but you have to put in the work. The best abs training will give you the best results for a clear, solid core. Bicycle:

This bike is a very effective ab training routine and you feel it right away.

To do this abs work, you will lie behind you. For comfort, you can use exercise or yoga, but it's not required.

Bring your knees to a 45 degree angle and start moving your legs as if you were cycling. With your elbows, you will bring your left elbow to your right knee when you "pedal".

The Plank:

For this routine you will start your stomach. Again, you can use the mat for comfort.

Bring yourself to rest in your lower arms. Put your elbows under your shoulders. Place your palms flat on the ground. Once in a position bring your whole body as if you were doing a push up.

Hold this position for 10 seconds, building up to your body's allowance. You'll want to build up to 30 seconds or challenge yourself for a full minute. Keep it in good shape and bring your navy towards your spine for the best results.

Repeat as desired.

The Crunch

So this step is old and tired so we'll change it for you. This abs training will put you on the path to getting six packs of abs.

Start behind you, use your mat if you need to, and bring your feet to a 90 degree angle. Lose your foot on your ankle.

You can put your hands on the side or behind your head. Remember, if you put your hands behind your head, don't let your neck or arms do the work.

Bring your navy towards your spine and lift your shoulders off the ground and defeat. Remember to control your movements, slowly eradicate and release, and most importantly breathe.

Repeat this exercise 10-15 times for 2-3 reps.
